At Simi Beauty, every product is handcrafted in small batches with the highest quality ingredients and care. We stand behind every formula we create — and we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase.

Return Policy

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy on all full-size, unopened products purchased atsimibeautysk.com.

To be eligible for a return:

        •       Item must be unused and in its original packaging

        •       Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

        •       Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: all gift sets, discovery sets, travel sets, samples, and gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but if something arrives damaged prior to opening, we want to make it right immediately. Please contact us at care@simibeautysk.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a photo of the original packaging. Claims for damaged items must show evidence of damage upon delivery.

       
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at care@simibeautysk.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once received.

International Orders

We currently ship within the United States only and are unable to accept international returns.
